We offer premium educational training on Generative AI. Since the course includes immediate digital access to materials, templates, worksheets, and resources:
- **Starter Offer (₹9 Workshop):** All ₹9 starter registrations, roadmaps, and workshops are non-refundable due to the extremely low entrance cost.
- **Full Gen AI Course (₹999 / ₹899 Offer):** Refunds for the full Gen AI Course are only available within **7 days** from the date of purchase, provided that less than **20%** of the course content has been accessed or watched.
If you meet the eligibility criteria above and want to request a refund, please reach out to us:
- **WhatsApp support:** Send us a message on WhatsApp stating your registered email address and purchase invoice.
- **Email support:** Send your request with subject line "Refund Request" to our support email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Users may cancel their enrollment request within the refund eligibility period. Once the refund conditions are no longer met, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to verify course usage and access history before approving any refund request.
